They are not offers, projections, or guarantees of income. Actual results depend on the niche, the brand ambassador's standing, how the guild adopts, premiums, carrier schedules, and policy retention, among other variables.

Independence of referrals and participation

Homeowners insurance referrals and participation in CRA's recurring offerings are independent of one another. Clients are free to place coverage with any provider they choose, and a mortgage loan originator may participate in the recurring offerings whether or not they ever refer a homeowners client. Nothing here conditions one on the other.

No guarantee; your own effort and risk

A joint venture involves real effort, real relationship capital, and real variables. It is not costless or risk-free, and nothing on this site guarantees any particular outcome. This site is not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice; consult your own professionals.

Specific terms govern

Any actual pricing, revenue share, override, or other arrangement is established directly with CRA in a separate agreement. Where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement controls.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
